PROBLEM Bad Service
HEADLINE Service, Order & Biliing - All went Wrong
THE INCIDENT

I went to eat at Wimpy on Sunday 07 March and had the worst experience ever. Firstly, it took over 30 minutes to get my order. In that time, the people sitting in front of me ate and left. The next customers that arrived, had their meal delivered to their table whilst I still waited. When asking our waiter what's the delay, he said the kitchen lost his order and are making it ASAP. When we get our order, it's wrong. I then asked to speak to the manager (Vincent) and he apologised and said he would sort it all out. We eventually got our right order. Apparently, the waiter took down our order incorrectly. When we got the bill, we were billed for the incorrect items (which was more) and then had to wait to get that sorted. I also had to go back to get my kid his 'Toy' that comes with a kiddies meal that I never got.

I am really dissapointed with Wimpy (Mall @ Reds) as I have never in my life had such bad service; even after speaking to a manager who promises that he will 'Handle it from now'
